What we collect

• Name, email, phone, shipping address and payment details when you place an order
• Device and browser data via Shopify analytics (IP address, pages visited, browser type)
• Email address if you subscribe to our newsletter

Payments are processed securely via our payment partner. We do not store card numbers, UPI IDs, or banking credentials on our servers.

How we use it

• To process and fulfil your order
• To send order confirmation and tracking updates
• To send marketing emails only if you have opted in — unsubscribe anytime
• To improve our website using anonymised analytics
• To comply with Indian law

Who we share it with

We share data only with Shopify (platform), our payment partner (payments), and our courier partner (delivery). None of these parties may use your data for any other purpose.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hellomastmahek.com. We will respond within 48 hours.

Data retention

We retain order information for a minimum of 7 years as required by Indian tax law. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.
