We ship pan-India. Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

Processing time

2–3 business days to process, inspect, and pack your order before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 5–7 business days
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 7–10 business days
• Remote and northeastern regions: 10–14 business days

Total estimated delivery: 7–14 business days from order date.

Shipping charges

• Orders above ₹999: free shipping
• Orders below ₹999: calculated at checkout based on your pin code and order weight via our courier partner

Tracking

A tracking link is sent to your email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Failed deliveries

Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. Failed deliveries due to a wrong address are not eligible for a free re-dispatch. If an order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at your cost.

Packaging

Every candle is wrapped in soft cloth and packed in a protective box. We use minimal, eco-conscious packaging materials.

We ship within India only at this time.
